No Show Policy

If you don't show up for your appointment without contacting us, you will be subject to pay the full amount of the appointment. 

This also means that you will be required to pay the £40 non-refundable booking fee on any future bookings. 

When booking you will be required to pay a £40 non-refundable booking fee. 

This will be deducted off the total amount from your appointment.

No booking fee means no appointment and this means someone can take the time requested if you have paid the booking fee. 

Aglow require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment.

If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will loose your booking fee. 

If you cancel on the day of your appointment you are due to pay 50% off the treatment cost.

if you are more than 15 minutes late a late fee will be put in place and we cant guarantee that we will be able to fit you in. 

The late fee is £5 for every 15 minutes to are late.
